Where is that from? if Blizzard goes with classic+ millions of people will try it out.
I’m 100% positive we’re getting TBC.
We weren’t too sure about that when Classic first launched though.
But now that we can speculate with almost 100% certainty that it is coming, people have a problem with the thought of not being able to progress passed Classic even though that’s what we all initially signed up for.
I’m just confused as to how not being able to progress to TBC suddenly equates to everything being a waste of time when it wasn’t a waste of time months ago when we weren’t sure if TBC was on the table or not.

but EVERYONE has said they do not trust blizz with making new content for classic, this forum has chosen tbc over classic+ everytime. see for yourself

I never posted that to prove that everyone wanted fresh start but to prove it the people who want a fresh start wants a fresh start for everyone instead of just asking for a few fresh start servers.
If it were up to me, you wouldn’t be able to copy your Classic character to TBC. You could, however, transfer (one way!) if you wanted to, for free.
People who use forums are the minority of the minority.
When I join these classic + threads it seems pretty split to me, and most people who talk against it are people who either want tbc badly or don’t trust modern blizzard to do it. I bet if they announce it alot more poeple will be stoked with it than actually mad. It’s just like retail wow, people keep talking trash about it but they’re always back for the next new thing.
We always knew it would come sooner or later. This is what separates Classic from Private Servers. The model Blizzard uses is to always keep your progress saved and not be a waste of time. No expansion is made to last forever, no matter how good they are, there will be a day where TBC will get boring and i’ll gladly transfer my BC bis character into Wrath, after that I have no interest in playing anything past LK.
