I can’t log into the character, i need help to log in my character and use time token in my bag
If you are referring to the WoW Token on a character in Classic, Azurebla, you cannot. It is usually best to activate the WoW Token before game time runs out on the account.
Modern World of Warcraft allows you to redeem a WoW Token from the character selection screen if it is inactive, that is not something that is currently possible for Classic. In order to access the character with the Token you need to have game time on the account.
Now, you may put in a ticket to request a day of game time in order to activate the Token, but to set expectations, due to how account access works now, that isn’t always possible.
how to put in a ticket, i’m new…
We don’t have a specific category for something like this, but we have general categories.
So in this case you’d go through our Support page click on Contact Support in the upper right corner of the screen. Click on World of Warcraft under games > “I would rather categorize the issue” > Payments > Not Listed Here.
Just let them know that you have a WoW Token on your classic character and see if they can provide a day of game time so that you can redeem it.
It’s weird. My account is formal, not classic
Wait, so you play on Modern World of Warcraft, not Classic? I did mention both in my previous post, you didn’t clarify which you were.
If you mean Modern World of Warcraft, then you’ll be given the option to redeem the WoW Token from the character selection screen if your account is inactive.
I took a closer look at your account, Azurebla, and it doesn’t appear that you have a WoW Token available. The only one that I see that you had was used back in December of last year.
there are just two options one is Activate now another is use Gold to purchase time
Right. If you have enough gold on the realm you have selected to purchase a Token you can use that option to automatically purchase and redeem a WoW Token for game time.
but I clearly remember buying two token in December last year
I am not finding any record of such a purchase, Azurabla. You only have one listed in your purchase history and there are not WoW Tokens in your character’s inventory.
I bought it from the auction house in December, it can’t be wrong
There aren’t any records that indicates that you did, Azurebla. Sorry.
where’s all my money? There must be a record. It can’t just disappear It’s just that after over six months of not playing, it’s like this. I can’t accept it
Are you sure you didn’t get the Token on another account?
Alternatively did you buy the token from the game shop? Those tokens can only be sold on the AH and cannot be used for time. Only the ones you get through the AH can be used for time.
Those are the only things I can think of that could have happened. Sorry you’re having a rough go at it but if the CSRs can’t see any record of it including the transaction involved with it, it’s hard to really go too much further than that.
I went to afk in December last year, and I remember very clearly that I specially saved up gold coins to buy two monthly cards
Just to check. You mean real world money or gold?
Gold time tokens can only be used for game time or balance credit.
You have a different bnet account by chance? If there is no record of it here, then it may be another account.
You can check your transactions history to see if there is anything listed. Including token purchases for $, converns to game time and balance. The latter only happens when you use the token in game, I see no mention of when I used the AH to buy it.
it’s gold in the game, i use it to buy time token
Originally also wanted to come up on a whim to play, did not expect this kind of strange things, quite helpless
The use of gold is one of the highest priority tracking that we have, Azurebla. When I say that the purchase of a WoW Token for gold simply not appearing in the transaction history would be extremely unlikely, that is putting it mildly.
I’m not sure how you saved the gold to purchase the first Token, Azurebla, but looking at the timeline it does seem odd. You created your first character on the account on 12/8, you purchased a WoW Token on 12/10 for 168,000 gold, and you believe you spent double that to buy two?
It isn’t possible that you misremember the events? In either case, we have no record of you purchasing two WoW Tokens. There isn’t anything more that we’d be able to do.
You can check my game history, I saved money through mining, I spent a lot of time on games during that time, it is normal to have money to buy coins.
Can you check how much gold I have in my account right now. I have forgot.
Yes, you have 130,954 gold 72 silver and 71 copper.
