This customer support team is telling people to voice their frustrations with the policy in general or pvp forums.
His problem, not yours. So don’t post for him, it’s not allowed. Or maybe it is yours…
OP posted their frustration with the ban of a S.O., they were speaking for them self.
Their post is voicing frustration with the policy of banning people in av and the length of the ban, not the particulars around their specific ban.

They have. If you took a second to view the other threads concerning this, you’ll notice they’ve sent out an email to those that were accidentally banned and a link provided on where to go to rectify this situation.

Do a ban appeal, its gonna take like 3 or 4 attempts to make it to a real human.,
OP literally said they had crazy amount of time to farm AV… its not an assumption. If we are using the English language then crazy amount of time to farm AV literally means an insane amount of time, more than the average person, possibly to the point that its not healthy. That is not the definition of trolling, trolling would be me saying “good im glad they got banned blah blah blah i can get in quee now blah blah” not everything that upsets you is trolling fyi.
You assumed “crazy amount of time” means 8+ hours.

Just ask yourself, did my original post add anything of value to the thread? (and before you just come back asking me the same, no mine didn’t either).
Per the blue post you get an AFK debuff and if you don’t do damage within a certain amount of minutes you simply get removed from the match you have to get the AFK debuff on multiple Battlegrounds before you get a ban…

I just want to point out that retaking your own bases towers or bunkers is not “back capping”. That would be the regular form of capping. Back capping would be when you take the enemies base from behind their front line.
People with their rush meta have such a messed up view of how AV is supposed to be played that they think the north is Horde’s territory and the south is Alliances territory and that going to your own base is behind enemy lines.

I agree, you afk in a BG, get banned, then hit by a bus. Seems far more apt to me.
Perhaps others should so they know what they are talking about when they speak.
