I accidentally declined the quest “In defense of Dalaran.” I think it’s called and can’t get my Huntmaster title HELP! please.
You should be able to pick it back up again at Trueshot Lodge.

I want to get the title for my main, (I already have it on a remix alt), but I can’t find the quests. I’m showing low-level quests but I’m just lost. Wowhead says the title is repeatable and I tried to get Chromie and the Call Board to send me to Broken Isles but that didn’t work. Suggestions? And thanks.

The title should be available account-wide for all hunters. But I’m not 100% on that. So…
The call board should have the Broken Isles as an option, assuming you haven’t started it already.
But being level 72, you should be able to simply take the portal to Azsuna from your capital city (Stormwind or Orgrimmar). Then, fly up to Dalran and you’ll start your artifact weapon quest, leading to your Class Hall (Trueshot Lodge in Highmountain).
Just continue through the questline, which is quite long.
