Do I train Cobra Reflex with Frenzy always procing? I feel like it’ counter active to have cobra reflexes increase attack speed with reduced damage while I have Frenzy procing every fight with an almost 100% up time.
Do the attack speeds stack? Is the damage reduction significant?

For sure always go that. More attack speed more dmg over all. More frenzy procs, more chance to proc more frenzy. It does not stack just refreshes. Plus having a pet with .9 attacks is nutty for spell push back.
It’s a flat damage buff, always take it
Yup cobra reflexes and have your pet with its focus spam ability like claw or gorge and the buff is pretty much a 100% uptime.
Don’t forget to train avoidance!
Avoidance was trained last night along with highest skills in claw and bite. First time ever getting a hunter up this high so still learning all the tricks with my pet. Looks like I’ll slap reflexes on this afternoon.
