Hunter Pet Not Gaining Loyalty

I’ve been attempting to prepare my Hunter, Dominance, for TBC Classic. However, while I’m at the point where my Hunter is pretty much set in my opinion, my pet that I’ve had since dinging 60 has not past Loyalty Level 1 (Rebellious) despite killingly a ton of mobs and leaving him summoned as are the normal requirements. I’m hoping to get this fixed as soon as possible.

If you think it’s bugged you’ll wanna post here.

QA doesn’t frequent the CS forums for reports.

What level is the pet compared to your hunter’s level? What mobs are you killing? They got to yellow or orange for the pet to gain loyalty. Running at level dungeons seem to make it quicker.

I’m not seeing any known issues with pet loyalty, Perversion. Have you tried some basic troubleshooting, like disabling any addons you are using or maybe even resetting your User Interface?

I’d agree with Ironaxe if neither of those steps help, you’ll want to report this as a bug so our QA team can take a look. Be sure to list the character name/realm and which pet.

I’m having the same issue. Whitemane, horde. Not sure what’s going on.

Pets are not gonna be Loyalty Level 6 after a few hours, it’s gonna take a week or so for it to get there. I have to ask again…

Also grey mobs won’t give loyalty. Killing mobs that are yellow and orange level yield the best results. Same goes for running dungeons. You are probably not gonna see loyalty gains til the pets is close to your level (if you are 60, pets is 59)

Having the same issue. Been doing quests that have me killing level 55+ mobs for 6 hours or so. Earned around 150g from said quests. Pet finally dinged loyalty 2 after about 5 hours only to go back to loyalty 1 after going to yellow happiness for about 30 seconds. Definitely feels like something is up here with being level 60 and possibly having a level 60 pet.

You’ll want to post on Bug Reports. QA doesn’t come here for reports
