The faces around 43 are the “asian” faces.
This is the way I plan to re-customize my mage, who is named Lufia, after a character in a Japanese game. I made her blind cause I find the idea of a blind mage using magic to see neat.

The pictures shown back at blizzcon are markedly different, imo than what we got now. It feels like the mostly upturned the eyes a bit, and removed the double-eyelid that the other sets of faces had along with smoothing out the facial wrinkles. Which is fine. Doesn’t much change what i plan to do with my own character.

Personally I much prefer playing with an Asian character then a white or american character. ^ ^

The only thing that mattered to blizzard was adding black characters to the game. Asians, indians, and everyone else don’t matter apparently

The ethnic faces have been moved to their own option called “Face Shape”
Where you select between the three, and they change every face you have. I believe The Asian face is “Round.”
Though round can also work on the Caucasian faces which makes for a more youthful looking Human.
