Us: Maladath’s undisputed, slightly sweaty Naxx speedrun champs. Nerds that aren’t tryhards but also not NOT tryhards. A core group of friends that has been gaming on Warcraft since Vanilla in high school, with plenty of top tier friends and players picked up along the way. WOTLK private server raiders that chose Maladath to continue the glory days of Wrath and plan to see to it that the Lich King meets his demise… again. We play at a higher level, clear content, and most of all, just want to game with the homies. Our raids are famous for being quick & efficient while we laugh our asses off in discord. Don’t ask about the pea soup.
You: Someone who knows their class well enough to play at a high level, no matter your gearscore. Raid awareness, self awareness, and while not necessarily theorycrafting (it’s 15 year old content ffs) you at least know your own BIS list and come gemmed & enchanted. You want to see all the content WotLK has to offer and are willing to put in a little effort to getting there, but you’re probably not willing to nolife it and call off work to raid 12 hours a day anymore. You don’t want to log on to a silent raid, you’re too old to have someone yell at you while you just try to game, and your love language is probably roasting your friends in discord while pumping big numbies on bosses.
