Hi! What is the record for most HP obtained by a player in wrath (no buffs)?
Druids were around 50k in icc iirc

Without buffs, I’m thinking you probably won’t see much higher than Druids with around 45-50k.
If literally all you cared about was HP and we include Ruby Sanctum:
Edit: Change the mind amplification enchant on head for the Argent Crusade one (can’t have 3 professions) so 61866 HP unbuffed while in dire bear form.

Does this also account for Tauren racial?
I would assume it does, although the racial in WotLK is very minimal since it’s only on base health, so a meager 300 health or so.
