How's this realm?

I’m looking to join the horde once again and was wondering if I should go Moon Guard Horde side or reroll here on Wyrmrest Accord. I’m just curious how the community is here and if it’s as lively as it is on Moon Guard.

Thank you

Our Horde are sensitive types. Real artistic. Always hanging out in coffee shops.

The Horde doesn’t have enough seating. It’s an ongoing problem, but I believe engineers are working on it.

At the end of Battle for Azeroth, we were awash in Horde RPers staring out at the sea, lamenting that they had given everything and still had no chairs.

You would think that but no matter how many S.E.A.T.s I get from scrounging through scrap, they never sell on the AH.

What all these people are saying is that WrA-H is active. You can find them in Org and a slowly growing number in SMC. There are also a lot of RP events on the calendar for both Horde or Cross-Faction. We just had the Horde Guild Faire yesterday.

WrA-H is great. We’re also quite the characters on our own forums, as you can see.

There’s walk-up in the Valley of Honor on the regular, many guilds to choose from (the Horde Guild Faire just happened this last Sunday), and many regular events to attend.

Many said events are posted on the Wyrmrest Community Project Discord, founded 2021. It has upwards of 1600 members now and is a great place to find guilds, workshop characters, chat Lore, form OOC/IC connections, and keep up with the in-game goings-on of WrA: https://discord.gg/7PY25buzpK

Some are active. Some are passive. Some are passive aggressive. Some are just regular aggressive.

You absolutely cannot go wrong rolling here on WrA. I’m actually considering skipping a few packs of guitar strings this month just to pay for a faction change and go back to Alliance side. The severe lack of proper chairs horde side is totally wrecking my back.

Like seriously! I just don’t know why y’all on the horde put up with rugs or a random fallen tree. Splinters in my nether region really harsh my mellow to the point I can’t even enjoy drinking a cup of coffee.

Blizzard. Please give these poor, cold hordies some proper seating.

I’m just cranky.

These make for great compost.

If you are playing only one character, roll on Tichondrious. RP is great and all but as an experienced MMORPG player, I can attest that RP servers in most MMOs tend to have a more standoffish and introverted playerbase which often leads players to find the environment boring and unwelcoming in a passive aggressive way.

What I DO HIGHLY recommend is putting your progression characters on Tichondrious keeping one character on WRA for Horde or MoonGaurd for Alliance. This option gives you the best of both worlds.

If I get bored on WRA, switch characters and play on Tichondrious. If I find someone that wants to RP, I can play on Sadgati or bring a toon over to WRA from Tichondrious via group invite. All the while, Sadgati has far greater variety of choices in guilds and communities. Again, this play method gives the best of two worlds!

I like it. More civil than ED and we see lots of MG-A in warmode.

It’s amazing, I was on Zul’jin for 16 years and switched to Wyrmrest. Been on it since the end of Dragonflight. First thing I saw when I asked in /2 how the realm was was a bunch of people being nice and saying they can’t wait to play with me etc.

Since then I regularly see people walk up and start conversations, not just roleplay. Things like complimenting mogs or asking how day was etc.

Respectfully, rabies is the least of your problems. lol
