How would you make Lightforged Warlocks make sense?

Source?

Because the only person I’ve heard this claim from is the bloke who’s convinced that his own headcanon is lore and for obvious reasons I’m not going to take him at his word.

Masking her lack of morals in fascade of religious moral superiority doesn’t make her better. At best, she’s deceptive and a liar

It’s been mentioned numerous times now. It’s from the warlock order hall. You not liking that lore doesn’t make it headcannon. Just means you’re purposely ignoring it because it goes against your claims

Citation needed on the lack of morals.

At worst, Xe’ra only did three wrong things while Illidan did dozens.

She hasn’t murdered anyone, Illidan murdered several people (even not counting the Moonguard or his attempted murder of Jarod).

Illidan lied to Akama, his Broken and those of the Black Temple, Xe’ra at most lied to Turalyon.

Illidan betrayed his people because of lust for power and jealousy over a woman. Xe’ra at her worst was ruthless serving a higher power (Illidan was a “Champion of the Light” not “Champion of Xe’ra”). At least she wasn’t an incel like Illidan.

You not liking that character doesn’t make your claims canon. Just means your purposely ignoring lore because it goes against your claims.

If she isn’t a hero for a single thing she did wrong, then poor Illidan if he goes through that trial.

One crime or hundred, people are still labeled a criminal. Which means any claims of being heroic are null and void

She is not a good person. She never will be

If that was true, Illidan is not a good person, nor will he ever be, and Xe’ra was still a far less bad person than him.

Forcing something on someone that doesn’t want it is never justified. No matter what. Akama is not justification for what Xe’ra was doing, if anything that makes her and equal monster. And since you think it all okay despite that I can no longer entertain your level of deprivity.

It’s literally just been mentioned by Baal and now you that this is apparently a thing.

I’m asking for some quest, some dialogue that confirms it. Can you provide a source or not?

You’re just ignoring facts that contradict your feelings about specific characters. So if we can’t force people to do things they don’t want, employers can’t discipline bad employees? We can’t force imprisonment on criminals?

Well, he did kill the person who tried to force her beliefs on him. Just as he would kill anyone else who tried something similar

He killed alot more people than just her… and did the same to Akama in a much more painful way. Would Akama killing Illidan for that be justified?

I never said Illidan was a good guy. He’s clearly not. His ways just proved useful to stopping the legion. So people give him a pass

Yeah. I’d say he would be.

How was Illidan useful stopping the Legion? Wasn’t Xe’ra also useful for stopping the Legion?

Fair enough.

The lightforged were loosing the fight on Argus until Illidan and his Illidari along with the heroes showed up

Did we need the Illidari and Illidan? Most of the PCs and NPCs on the Vindicaar weren’t Illdari. And that was built by the Draenei, not Illidan or his followers.

And the Army of the Light was doing most of the work on Argus. They’re the ones who got us into Antorus, enabled us to move around Argus and discovered Argus’ world soul (in fact, that was Xe’ra herself who saw that in a vision), the demons’ ultimate power source/“get-out-of-death-free card”.

At worst, we needed both the Army of the Light and the Illidari.

You’re just ignoring facts that contradict your feeling about specific characters.

I’m no longer entertaining your depraved logic.

I guess my point is the lightforged couldn’t and weren’t going to win the war by themselves. They needed help and we, along with the illidari provided that help

You can’t even provide counterarguments, just accusations. Calling imprisonment of criminals “depraved logic” Will you say “bad is good and good is bad” next?

That’s fair, though I must point out we still needed the Army of the Light. Who would you say needed who more?
