What would you add to WoW?

I’d add… Level 120 Talent Row. The Level 100 row would become accessible at 105 for all new characters. Talent points are awarded every 5 levels from level 80 to 120. These points can be applied to your chosen talents to increase their affectiveness in 2%, 4% and 5% increments. Remove GCD on every ability with a cooldown of 30 seconds or more.
