Still looking for confirmation on the supposed value of specific spell power vs regular spell power? has anyone been able to test this?
this is a meme and its not true
the confusion comes from item budgets. greens with only +school dmg will USUALLY have more of a +value than an ilvl equivalent with +spellpower. Since +school dmg only affects the one school, it has more of a budget on that particular school.
+10fire and +10sp increase damage exactly the same. this is a meme that needs to die because I see people in game bring it up constantly
