they wont… because alliance arent losing because horde have an advantage. they are losing because I have to wait for 3 hours to get to do one AV… and ill go to hell before I lose that BG. ill gank stragglers, force bottlenecks, go hardcore all day long. ill spend 48 hours in one AV and call in sick to work if it means ill win. if u cant compete don’t queue
I’m going to call BS on that one. The forums were absolutely melting down because of l33t PvPers who couldn’t handle the fact that they were getting farmed all over the open world. If you added the Black Lotus, AV, and Queue threads for the last month together, you’d probably get about half the DAILY threads of people (mostly alliance) crying because the world was burning, while the ‘carebears’ like me laughed and made s’mores.
Yup because the horde being able to get to Stonehearth graveyard 20 seconds faster than we can get to Iceblood graveyard is totally balanced , on top of the numerous other problems . You obviously have no clue what you are talking about , and haven’t even done Alterac Valley before . Go to another discussion and troll , you aren’t contributing to anything here .
Not that I recommend doing it but I’ve been collecting data (win/loss) ratios for alliance bg pugs, meaning not premade. So far AV has turned up 0 for 34 tries. WSG 10% win rate and AB 20% win rate. It will be interesting to see if the rates change for WSG and AB on their respective weekends. We’ll see
Possible reasons:
Alliance pugs either does not care because the queue is quick (“let them win so we can go on to the next”)
I like how you disregard completely the fact that the guy claimed they dominated and got to drek, yet lost because of the map. And then you have the gall to accuse me of having nothing to contribute beyond trolling.
Go away.
Nope, has been explained to you repeatedly by myself and others. Your short term memory/willful ignorance is on meme level at this point.
I would say it is 3, with the added bit of people just giving up. Most of the hardcore PvP people go Horde, for various reasons. You see the same in Retail, as well, where they literally have to bribe Alliance to turn on war mode, and the Mercenary system was so popular with Horde that they turned off the incentives. People who want to PvP are more likely to go Horde than Alliance. It stands to reason those people would be more… enthusiastic about it.
The queue times only add to this, as anyone on the Horde who wants to do AV has to wait for it, which makes them hungry. Instant queues for Alliance means it is more profitable to spam runs, like people who spam dungeons in LFD on retail.
Well you obviously don’t play a gnome because your intellect is definitely not all there . You are blinded by your horde bias and its obvious . You are offended by the fact that i said you have contributed nothing to this discussion ( you literally haven’t ) so go cry somewhere else you aren’t doing anything productive for this thread and you haven’t bothered to read the problems with Alterac Valley that people have been posting here and elsewhere nor the solutions to them that blizzard could implement .
No, the fact of the matter is that no matter what is written to you, you will either pretend it was never written shortly after, strawman, run in circles with your portable goalpost, all just to get that sweet sweet blue circle next to your name.
Well, yeah, except for a long history of the opposite of what you are accusing me of. So sorry that I do not share your opinion and do not toe the line of “blizzard hates alliance” and “map is broken”, and “cave too close to SH!” and “sCoRcHeD eArTh!”. As I have written repeatedly in the past, alliance won many if not a majority during the very same patch in vanilla. The ONLY thing that should be “fixed” is the cave respawn mechanic itself.
What have YOU added to this conversation, beyond insults?
Hahaha, I just realized this was you who wrote this gem:
You are a classic example of an alliance player who even when dominating, and being at the southernmost part of the map, STILL BLAMES THE MAP.
You should be proud dude, as that is the only time I have ever bookmarked a post.
