sure, all of the threads are honor related anyway and have been for the last week, even the op of this thread thinks the honor is close to fair, its not like they haven’t noticed it
Bump it up
sure id be happy, youd be happy - most would be happy - except the guys who farmed this honor already wearing the r14 gear - theyd get F’d lol, but i do hope this is what happens (revert to 10x and wipe on june1)
i’d like to be able to get GM gear on my 3 60’s because its a sexy set to see in my character select screen. I’d rather not spend 400 hours doing that for essentially cosmetic welfare gear
retail ladies and gentlemen
you’re a retail
Seriously, who are you?

You have posted several times saything things are better hoping to make everything think everything has been fixed when it has not. Again, it has not been fixed. You have talked about us getting posts we have needed to see, people posting charts saying we are getting full bonus when we have not been and talking about HK’s showing up properly, when everyone is disputing you! If you are happy, jump out of here and go play but stop making inaccurate posts.
At this point they might as well admit they have their head in the sand or up their…well you know, and just change r14 gear to gold.
It won’t even last till 70 anyways
yes it has, you just dont like it
Even with the poor bandaid of 100% increase, it’s 100% increase on a pittance - there’s been so many sources proving this is way off from what it was in Vanilla and the reasoning behind the drastic honor nerf was based on one rando?
Please Blizzard listen to your customers, not even a blue post to acknowledge?
The sources are all wrong. Here are some facts I’ve laid out in a thread I made:
TL;DR: With the double honor buff, we’re getting close to double the honor we would have in the original TBC pre-patch. The items are also slightly cheaper, as you can see from the screenshots I linked at the bottom of the post.
You’re flat out wrong mate. I was playing back then. You could get a full set of R13-14 gear in a 3-4 days playing. That is impossible now, mathematically impossible. HK’s on GM and HWL were worth +100 honor if it was a solo kill. Now its 2 honor. You seriously have no idea what you’re talking about. This is a ninja change to core TBC Classic honor gain mechanics.
Gearing as horde pvp will be incredibly infuriating since alliance can just leave and insta que. whereas Horde suffers from longer ques and it’s still not at its worst so many horde players about to hit 70 meanwhile I don’t even see other alliance members leveling alongside me
The facts are not disputable, sorry.
Your “facts” are just you regurgitating old forum posts. I actually played back then, did you? In 2006 I helped my friend farm a full R14 set in three days during prepatch. This is now impossible. I was there, experiencing the old system first hand.
Even by your own posts “20+ honor a solo kill”, and this is not what’s happening right now.
I’m posting facts. Blue posts containing honor information. Player accounts from that exact time. You’re posting memories and lies, that’s all.
That’s because you don’t understand the honor system. Kills are worth 20.9 honor, SPLIT evenly among allies nearby.
Yeah, on this Warrior right here. I grinded to R10 twice in Vanilla, yet I could barely stomach the grinding to obtain the R14 Claymore during the pre-patch.
Then why do your videos show people getting 20 honor for kills when there are clearly allies near by?
I should have said party members. In battlegrounds everyone is partied, out in the world they aren’t.
You have screen shots of wsg kills where people are receiving 20 honor a kill with nearby allies.
This actually raises an interesting question, was honor actually split for HKs back then? I clearly remember receiving more than 1-2 honor a kill during TBC in BGs back then. It was the meta to chase kills for maximum honor per game.
