How to wipe out the High Elves

As per title — How would you guys wipe out the elves who still go by ‘High Elves’ or ‘Quel’Dorei’ from Azeroth?

  • Would you have a calamity wiping out majority of their current numbers, with the smaller remaining amounts to bite the bullet, apologise for bad blood history to Lor’Themar & declare themselves Blood Elves as well? :drop_of_blood: :scroll:
  • Maybe you would have them all become Void Elves by one way or another? :space_invader:
  • Would you have them all systematically eliminated at once? :boom: :gun:
    If so, how would you do it? :thinking:
  • :smirk: Perhaps you would have them all cluster in Dalaran and then have the city destroyed, with the few survivors devoured by spiders? :eyes: …
  • Or would you have some ritual to either grant immunity to the void or become void elves, to instead have both become some flesh abomination screaming in pain & agony and then slip through the void to be spread throughout Azeroth as a grim hideous reminder to what happened to all of those who were once ‘High Elves’ ? :smiley:

You know, the first thing I checked when we learned SPOOOOIIIILLLLLEEEERR

Dalaran was being destroyed was to see what happened to the Silver Covenant/high elves.

And low and behold, they are still kicking around and killing Nerubians. So, no, you are not going to see high elves get wiped out! The only thing that needs to die is this idea you will see the high elves get wiped out.

what happens to veressa? this might explain why alleria is decked out in silver covenant colors - she becomes new leader of the remnant silver covenant

I’m 90% certain she is safe considering Alleria would either be in a void rage or stricken with grief at losing another sister.

Personally I hope they all embrace the name of ‘Blood Elves’ followed by the Blood Elves just becoming neutral race … End all this madness. lol

Anyway, for the “Fun-side” of the thread — what method would you choose for wiping them out, if you were a Dev forced to make the decision? :thinking:

I’m pretty sure it’s going to go the opposite way. They’ll begin calling themselves high elves again, playable by both factions, with void options for the alliance and green eyes for horde.

Silver cov becomes void elves.
The rest of them go home to silvermoon as the factions are at peace and there is no reason for them to not any more.

I’d just leave them alone and let them die off. They seem to be doing a good job of it all on their own.
