account question… i haven’t played classic since wow vanilla classic. i dont remember what character(s) or server(s) I was on, and I can’t login to the game to verify (says I need an active subscription)… how can I view my characters without subscribing to the game, to see where my progress is at?

I won’t lie, there’s really no way to do this without game time. There may be a way to see which characters you have on an account and their level, but that’s about it.

That’s all I need. A way to see what characters I have and what level they are.

For retail you can login, your account will react like a starter account. This functionality is not in classic, you need game time.

I’m not 100% sure if this will work, but if you try the Character Stuck option linked below, it might show you the characters you have, their level, and the server they’re on. You don’t actually have to proceed with a character move, just uses it to list your charcters.

If you go to the following path "Program Files (x86) \ World of Warcraft \ classic \ WTF \ Account \ \ " it will list possible characters on that realm.
