I’m able to do it on my computer, but in the game full screen it is having trouble. Also languages like Japanese should be supported for the upcoming expansion with the character creation models being updated and stuff.

As for your issue, I don’t think there is a Japanese language pack for NA.

There used to be a Japanese WoW guild. I’m not sure if they’re still around, but, check this out. There are some tips and resources that might perhaps be helpful.

- Log in to the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app.
- Click the World of Warcraft game icon and select Options.
- Select Game Settings .
- Under Text Language and Spoken Language , select your language of choice.
- Click Done .
I see Korean and Chinese in there, but no Japanese. Japanese would be listed as 日本語.
This doesn’t work for WoW as it isn’t officially supported.
OP, I’ve asked my guildmate to come by with instructions when she can.
