How to tell if I've completed a weekly quest

Looking for help from the SFAs or the CS regulars in a weird situation.

I am 95% sure that I completed the weekly quest The Call of the Worldsoul (Theater Troup) in Dornagal, on this character (Cyntaria). I remember selecting it, I remember completing it, I remember turning it in.

But, it’s available again on Cyntaria. I don’t know if I’m just not remembering correctly because I also completed it on my hunter, or if it’s a bug that I should submit a bug report for. I don’t want to pick it up again in case it is a bug.

Any help is appreciated.

Normally, it just wouldn’t be available, Cyntaria.

Looks like you did complete this one.
