I am having a problem with Delve and Restored Coffer Key not working, did ask for help in forums, but nobody had a solution. How do I submit a ticket? I have searched and searched and can’t find a way to do it.
I dont believe a gm can help that sounds more like a bug and gms cant help with bugs.

What’s the problem with the delve/key?
As Darth mentioned, it’s unlikely to be something a GM can assist with and will likely need to be made into a bug report in game or via the Bug Report forums, assuming it’s not something we can help with.

This is what I posted the other day in the Forums. People were very nice, but nobody could think of a solution. I thought submitting a ticket might help, but it doesn’t seem that way. Also, they (WOW) say when you submit a bug report you don’t get a response.
Delve and Restored Coffer Key
Purchased three restored coffer keys, went to two Delves, they said at the entrance, “Use a restored coffer key to open a bountiful coffer at the end of this Delve to receive powerful equipment and greater rewards.” Completed both of them, could find nothing at the end except the usual two chests and some gold to pick up. I looked around on Wowhead, and youtube, nothing really helpful. Is there something I am missing or supposed to do?

That is because bug reports are generally a one way communication to getting a bug fixed. Only time someone will reply back, is if needing extra information. But reporting a bug doesn’t mean it is being ignored.

Were they Bountiful Delves?

I guess so, it said at the entrance, “Use a restored coffer key to open a bountiful coffer at the end of this Delve to receive powerful equipment and greater rewards.” I get to the end and there is no treasure, just to two normal chests and some gold. Just finished Fungal Folly, it said the same, only died once. No special treasure.
Did you dc, relog, leave the Delve at any point? Doing so will unfortunately remove the Bountiful status.
Fungal Follly is a bountiful delve today so, assuming you only ran it the one time, should have indeed had the chest.
Unfortunately there isn’t anything a GM can assist with. You can make a bug report in game or the bug report forum about it.

It doesn’t appear you’ve done the Bountiful Delves quest on your account, according to the website Data for Azeroth. While I don’t think it’s a prerequisite to doing them, poking around any any quests Brann has about delves might help.
Doing some more digging it appears you’ve done very little questing. You need to finish the campaign to unlock the Delve quest. I’m not sure where exactly you are, but it seems you’ve only just done the first few quests. I wouldn’t be surprised if you need to do the campaign on at least one character to unlock rewards from the delves.

Mark, make sure it’s the campaign quests.
Did a whole bunch of quests over the past couple of days, did a Bountiful Delve late last night, still no special treasure at the end, just the usual two chests.
It doesn’t look like you’ve done the Delve quest chains at all still, though that could just be Data for Azeroth not updating. The Bountiful Delves quest I linked last time doesn’t look to be completed nor do several other related quests.
Does Brann or anyone nearby have any quests for you at all?
This might also be important but info is a bit hard to come by.
I’m not even sure if it is quest related unfortunately.

Hi, thank you for taking time with this. I complete all the quests: Breaking Point, Earthen Fissures, and The First Blow, and a few others.
Cool! That’s a start on completing the main story quests for sure. Keep going!
You’re mainly going to want to do any quests marked with the large shieldish looking icon, those signify main story line quests.
You will also want to do any that have a purple triangle as those signify key gameplay quests.
