How to see why i got silenced?

Just wondering what I said that was so bad to silence me for a week. Doesn’t show chat log in the email I got about it.

Generally speaking, the text is usually pulled and included in the email you receive about the silence. Sometimes that doesn’t work for some reason.

It’s possible one of our blues here may be able to give you an idea of which part of your chat may have not been appropriate, or you can put in a ticket to appeal the account action and ask if they can provide the chat that caused the silence.

If you want to go the ticket route, you can use this link:

Edit: I should add that these are the steps for an in-game silence. I assume that’s what you meant and not on the forums, that’s a different link.

Looking at the recent penalty, it looks like you have been using some profanity, mostly starting with an F.

Gotcha. Ummm was it like unprovoked, or was it in response to one of the many people who start whispering me after a solo shuffle lol. And if so, does that get taken into consideration on an appeal? Cause I only respond to people, I don’t start flaming in whispers first.
Never gotten actioned before, but yeah I’ve had some nasty whispers come my way since shuffle started, and I definitely don’t respond nicely

I only have your lines that were reported unless I do a full chat search.

No. Context really isn’t relevant outside of ongoing harassment investigations. We look for chat that violates policy, as there isn’t any justification for doing so. If someone else violates policy, report it, do not reply to it with a violation yourself.

Keep in mind, this does appear to be your first violation, which is why it is only a silence and not a suspension. Our penalties will escalate for additional violations.

These you should just right click report for language and then you can get the last laugh when they get silenced. Instead you let them goat you into a silence, You know they what I said in reply to what you said to them.

Gotcha thanks.

Yeah super unfortunate. I didn’t consider that someone who starts flaming in whispers would actually have the audacity to report the person they’re harassing

You live and learn!

If they are harrasing you then put them on Ignore and if they bypass that then report them for ongoing harrasment. Important that you never reply to them or write them in anyway shape or form.

Also right clicking and reporting them for messages Will also help.

Some might do it to get that sort of response from you. They might consider that payback for what happened.
