How to report Player's behavior when not in the group anymore?

They stopped three players from playing this game by abusing a system that we ALL know is a weak system where players simply click YES without reading. This “is” disrupting other players’ gameplay.

And later they laughed about it proudly, knowing they can get away with this toxicity.

The system can’t be abused so no they didn’t. Again this system is NOT new, it has been the same for years. This question has been asked and answered for years.
