If there was a survey generated for your ticket, you can leave your feedback there.

I’ll also say that if you simply didn’t like a Game Master’s response or decision, that’s not unprofessional. But you can fill out the survey however you feel necessary.

when someone calls me a liar I take it personal

I highly doubt they called you a “liar”. What sort of ticket was it? If you were asking for something that required them to check their logs and the logs for what you were requesting are/were no longer available, then they have to go by their policy.

If it was an appeal and they were upholding the account action, that’s not calling you a liar either.

No one called you a liar, Shadowalk. Our staff simply goes by what we can or cannot verify. We could not verify your claim.

They said:

I checked on your character {Removes}'s records near the time you have contacted us and there are no records of the purchase of Lunar Lantern. From our end, the pet has no known issues or bugs, and due to this, we cannot refund you for this purchase.

Nothing in that is calling you a liar.

In order to provide a restoration or reimbursement we MUST be able to verify the purchase or receiving the item/credit/gold and what happened to them. If we cannot, we cannot assist. It really is that simple.

and I have data, that proves that I spend my time to farm those coins… are those coins in my bag or bank? did I spend them for something else?

You don’t have data that we can accept, Shadowalk. We have specific policies and procedures that our staff must follow. Your situation does not allow our staff to do something different.

If you feel this is a bug, please submit a bug report. If our QA team is able to verify that, something else may be possible. As it stands, our staff is unable to assist.

My data is in game Achievement that I have earned on that character. that literally says achievement for 50x coins. So where did those coins go then?

in game chat it said I have received pet. but it wasn’t in my bags.
I even did UI reset before opening ticket.

since its not UI Bug, it was bug due to idk maybe tons of players in same place using that vendor…

one thing for sure I didn’t make this story up…

So facts I reported bug and ask for fix
instead I was called a lair
thanks for playing with us for 20 years

Arguing “your point” here does no good, Vrak is simply informing you that no one called you a liar and why they stated what they stated. If you disagree, feel free to make a post on the Bug forum, but there is nothing you can say here that will change the outcome.

Well, based on what I can see you purchased the Festival Lantern with them, which is currently in your collection.

Since you kept saying you purchased the Lunar Lantern, something that the Game Master could not verify, they verified that they couldn’t find record of purchase for the Lunar Lantern.

So it would seem, unless you are referring to a different character then your Zandalari Troll Mage, you mistakenly thought you purchased the Lunar Lantern and purchased the Festival Lantern.

You were not called a liar, Shadowalk. I’m done saying that.

I already had 2/3 in my collection that was last one to be 3/3
and took you all so long to respond I already farmed that gain on different alt.
so by time I even get response I already had 3/3
so I said hey I still spend my time farming those coins. and it wasn’t 5min… so I can sell this pet on AH so I still would like to receive that pet or refund so I’ll buy it again.
because I spend my time farming those coins.

Vrak as I am sure you are already aware but can’t hurt to point this out–Lunar Lantern can only be purchased by an Alliance character and Festival Lantern can only be purchased by Horde.

So … I don’t understand Shadowalk, you already knew that you didn’t actually buy the Lunar Lantern and bought the Festival Lantern?

Now you are putting it on us because we took awhile to reply to your ticket? Mind you, a Game Master would in no way be able to refund your purchase of the Festival Lantern. Only you would have been able to do that before adding the pet to your collection while the refund timer was active.

Maybe I am getting this wrong here, so please, feel free to clarify if you can.

No, I hadn’t looked into the item that far. So, it wouldn’t have even been possible to purchase the Lunar Lantern on the Horde character is what I’m gathering. Thanks, Ailindah.

You are very welcome! Only reason I had that info readily available is I spent this year on a Horde alt to get their version and help put up a possible bug report about not being able to summon the opposite faction pet BUT can use them in Pet Battles.

I brought a pet, it wasn’t in my bags
In game chat it said that I have received it.
but it wasn’t in my bags, so I tough its UI bug, so I did UI Reset
but even after UI reset pet wasn’t in my bags. so I opened ticket saying what happened.

The character you were saying bought the pet can’t buy the version of the pet you are saying you purchased. You are more than likely mistaken in which one you purchased.
