How do you refuse an unwelcome gift someone sends you from the Blizzard Store? The sender claims to not know how to cancel the order, and there’s no option that lets me refuse it.
Just don’t redeem the code.
There is no option to cancel a digital order as it’s processed and completed immediately upon receipt of the digital goods. They can only apply for a refund following the Support link at the top of the page.

Aye, have them head over and submit a request from our support site:
https://battle.net/support/help
They’ll select which game first, and then they can enter a description or categorize their request manually as a “Payments” issue.
