As you noted, you already posted in the Demon Hunter forum. That is the best course of action to provide feedback on the class. You can also submit your feedback through the Submit a Suggestion option located in-game through the Support menu but I believe the thread you started provides a bigger character limit.
In either case, Customer Support is not the appropriate location to provide feedback. We are not game developers nor liaisons to them. Any discussion about the game should take place in the Community forums best suited for the subject.
Keep in mind, while Community Management may collect your feedback for the Developers, you will likely not receive any kind of response.
