If the queue syncers ONLY care about rasing rating, sure, your logic is sound. If they rotate through alts and gain Conquest on wins and some small amount in some lost games where the community decides who wins easier if they are on both teams, they decide who gets more honor for sockets or a little honor for losses and conquest for gearing alts. A decent player with a bit of time can conquest cap in a day without win trading, so if scum do win trade, in a week they can gear tons of characters while determining whos characters get wins. Again, if they ONLY care about maximizing rating win trading would be difficult to do as MMR differences between syncer widens.
I donât get why so many players claim its impossible to sync. Dam, we used to have add-ons for that when randoms first been implanted. It took whats ? A year to blizz to bane that addon.
Iâm not syaing people do sync ATM, but its a fact that its possible.
No one is saying itâs impossible, it just doesnât do anything in a rated mode unless youâre at the very top of the ladder due to MMR
Far from the truth, average players on discord still have an edge over average players with no discords.
Iâd argue its even less required for top players as they mostly know what to do and when.
Especialy since average players tend to forget to read the chat when they busy fighting. Their game awarness tunel vision a lot. Calling them on discord is way more efficient.
Back in the old days of addon syncing. It still was a big help to get a synced group of average players, even witout discord.

My post should have included. There is less requirement for queue syncers to be top tier players, they really dont need to have a particular skill beyond what their leader calls for targets and strategies, especially if they have community members on the other team intentionally throwing and being a spy. With many members with many alts they could say âok, at this time we are using x MMR and x rating range charactersâ. Once in a game even with just two of the members on opposite team, one trys their best, the other sabotages and tells crucial information to their buddy on the other team. There does not appear to be any way to prove someone queue synced, but it could happen
Probably because randoms are faction locked unless youâre merc queueing whereas Blitz faction is random.

Happens quite often, with a discord of 20 or so people syncing their queue with an addon can consitently get 6-8 into the same BG, not always on the same team but thatâs managed
