Just wanting to know if its possible to quest in the the belf starting zone as an Orc?
If so how do i get there?

You need to take the zep from Org to the Undercity. Walk into the first part of the UC and go right. There should be portals/orbs (if I recall correctly) here that take you to Silvermoon

Hmm none of the quests are available in Sunstrider isle where the belfs start? is that correct?
From EPL. Take the road east of Deatholme north into Ghostlands.

Some of the quests in the starting level 1-5 zones (Valley of Trials, Northshire Abbey, etc) are race locked.
Wouldn’t surprise me if this is especially so for Blood Elves / Draenei since those quests really focus on the storytelling of your race, have quests which require you to use your racial abilities, etc.
Take the Zep to Undercity. Then use the orb of translocation to port yourself to Silvermoon. The orb is in the Undercity Courtyard on your right as you run in. Wowhead search for Orb of Translocation to see what it looks like.

Pretty sure you need to be around lvl 10 and it starts at Tran in the Ghostlands if you are not Belf. I think everything else is racelocked.
