Make sure you’ve opted into Beta.
The Alpha tends to be friends and family of Blizzard employees and a few random invite waves here and there.
Beta will generally have a larger amount of invites.

Scroll down to the bottom, it will have opt in options, unless you already did opt in.
Do keep in mind that Alpha and Beta are different things, and there may be no opt in to Alpha. But Beta should cover it.

As a suggestion to add to this: Double check to make sure you’re opted in. I thought I was but I wasn’t then I opted in and got alpha.
