In general it would be dependent on what the issue is you are experiencing, and if it is something that in game staff can help with. The support system is designed to triage your symptoms, and point you in the direction where help is likely to be.

It seems that you are recently reporting bugs and looking for help with a quest and the Battle for Gilneas, looking at your post history.
First it would be advisable to search out guides on the internet to see if there are currently any known issues, or work arounds for the issue you are experiencing.
Then if nothing is helpful, you could open a ticket here, under in game issues, quests and achievements, stuck on quest.

agreed, useless. If something cant automate the assistance you need, you have no way to contact blizzard to resolve it. Atleast I have not figured it out and im an hour and a half in to trying to figure it out. I think Im done with this game. So dissapointed with them.
