I’m probably missing something obvious, but I can’t find a way to move the cosmic energy bar that pops up in the sand area of Zereth Mortis. Any help would be much appreciated

I’d also like to know how to do this. I wonder if addons like the “move anything” addon would help?

Is this what you are talking about? I haven’t explored all of ZM yet.
I’d love to know how to do this too. It’s right in the middle of my bars, covering them. Can’t find anything in the UI to disable or unlock it.

I doubt it since it hasn’t been updated in almost 8 months.
Those round looking floating tech balls in the sky spew out cosmic energy but you’ll have to fight the devourers which will explode into little cosmic energy balls you auomatically aquire by running over them.
If you stand in the cosmic energy spewing from the floating tech balls you power up +1 every couple secounds.
The Cosmic energy works with some of the 1st ones tech FYI.
If you’re talking about the level indicator, I don’t know just yet, sorry. I’m guessing it is a gated feature for now.

Am i the only one NOT seeing the energy bar? I have add ons and im guessing thats why… but i dont
I USED energy to insta solve puzzle chest… but nope dont see it

MoveAnything causes massive taint issues for me though, I had to disable it.

You only get taint issues if you try to move a frame that Blizzard doesn’t like you to move.
i climbed one of the mountains trying to get to the rare bird (turns out he resets if you try to pull him to the ground) and on top there are some mobs fighting standing on some glowing pools, when you kill them they drop orbs and fill the bar, and it gives you increased damage done and taken (75%-24% iirc)
not sure if it has any other use
Install https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/blizzmove
Press Escape to bring up your game options and click on Interface
Click on the addons tab at the top left, find BlizzMove in your list of addons, and click on the List of Frames tab on the right

Scroll all the way down to the very bottom and you will see an entry that starts “Blizzard_UIWidgets” click that and chose UIWidgetsPowerBarContainerFrame
You can now place your Cosmic Energy Bar wherever you want

You can lock it in place by unchecking the box so it can no longer be moved.

And as mentioned, how do I prevent this addon from causing Massive Taint issues? I had BlizzMove installed, really liked it, but with 9.1.5 it became extremely problematic and I had to take it off.
There’s no way I can answer this question without knowing more information

What were you doing when it happened?
What other addons do you have installed?
what you are talking about is the pocopoc evergy, what everyone else is talking about is a random and seemingly meaningless localised feature in the Zovaal’s Grasp area of ZM that comes with an annoying ui feature that is not movable or toggleable, and covers a lot of real estate, especially if you have any kind of ui mods.
in Move Anything, the item you we are looking for is Power Ability Bar,
in blizzmove you want UIWIdgetPowerBarContainerFrame, (see Kaurmine’s post for details)

How long until we can order Cosmic Energy Bars from the shop?
It still works, I used it to move the UI for the console thing used to buy new “traits” for the ball thing. Not saying it will work for this but the mod still seems to be functional is all.
Back on the topic, I had no idea about this. Damn I really need to look into this zone more…
