I’ve completed the monthly progress bar yet cannot receive the mount. The treasure chest is unclickable, and can’t find anything in my bags. Is there another way to get the mount?
Try logging in on anothe toon and clicking on the chest

Have you tried on multiple characters? The Trading Post is account-wide but is susceptible to lagging and acting like there’s no progress and no available awards. Switching to another character gives the WoW client software another chance to query the Trading Post system and get the correct answer.

Thanks for the quick response. I tried it on 5 different characters: no luck.
Have you by chance looked in your mount tab? For me, I looted the chest and paid no attention after that, then while on a different character going to my pet tab, I ended up on my mount tab by default and I had to unwrap it.

This is good advice. The mount shows up as a gift on the Mount Collections tab that you have to unwrap.

There was an issue that was preventing the mount from being delivered when you completed the Adventure Journal for this month. This appears to be primarily outside of North America, so Europe in this case.
A hotfix went in so it should be fixed going forward, but for those who already completed the journal, it is being worked on.
Did you visit your Customer support forum, Getothechopa? Yryadorne has been posting updates there. The last one here.

Unfortunately, it does not show up there. In fact, it does not even show up under ‘not collected’. However, it seems they are still working on this, so I will bide my time. Thank you all for the suggestions.
