Dont think theres a req should just be able to buy from an npc called sprinkle noggenfogger i think was the name.

CORRECTION: Theres a quest req called thirsty goblins or something along those lines

Theres a small quest chain from an npc named marin noggenfogger also in gadgetzan that should get you the unlock. Hadn’t thought of this stuff in years haha

If what Ghostlyx said did not help you for some reason, there is a video on youtube titled “How to get Noggenfogger Elixirs” by Guapo Goku who visually shows you the questline and where to start it, step by step and it is for retail not classic. Just found by googling, also haven’t thought of this in a very long time lol

I just did several quest lines hoping for the best

i spoke with marin noggenfogger - no quests

I spoke with sprinkle noggenfogger - nothing available

That is the quest chain, #3 makes you go to hinterlands, do you have any quests sending you there on any character? or have you tried visiting the vendors on any other character?

My question was if you checked your quest log to make sure you weren’t already on one? Also I am positive you don’t even need to complete these quests anymore, you should just be able to buy the elixir from sprinkle noggenfogger quests done or not.

Last question then, can you check your reputation tab and make sure you are not below neutral with gadgetzan for some weird reason?

i sent in a ticket. but he is not next to the auction house, but near a small gathering not far away.

i do not have this quest in my log

Sprinkle and marin should be standing next to each other along with a couple other goblins, not near any auction house. They’ve got torches around them as well, standing on carpets.

Last thing I have said is to check your reputation with gadgetzan in the reputation tab and see what it says.

ok, i am very thankful for your help!

I was able to find the repeatable quest just outside the city which increased my rep to neutral.

you were 100% correct. Once I did this, the elixir was mine.
