How to get jewelcrafting designs that are not being sold by a vendor as intended due to a bug?

The horde Wintergrasp NPC Champion Ros’slai does not sell the jewelcrafting designs that he is stated to be selling on Wowhead and within the crafting UI in-game.

I have submitted a ticket requesting GMs to purchase those items for me. The GM servicing my ticket was not able to purchase those items either and he or she merely submitted a bug report without giving me the items. I have further submitted a bug report here (Horde Wintergrasp NPC does not sell jewelcrafting designs as intended).

However, it doesn’t seem that the bug report is being noticed or if it is then it is probably not being treated as being sufficiently serious to warrant a fix.

I was hoping that an update could be provided in reply to this post as to whether the bug will be fixed in some definitive timeframe so that I don’t have to continually check Champion Ros’slai’s inventory to find out whether the bug is fixed.

I’ve seen reports that if you buy the “Alliance” version of the recipe, you actually get the Horde version (i.e., the correct item). In other words, a display bug.

I never noticed on my JC, personally.

I believe that only alliance can see the alliance version, because the NPC is in the Wintergrasp fortress once a particular faction controls it.

Same experience - JC designs sold by Wintergrasp vendors are not available for Horde. The unlearned designs state they are sold by Champion Ros’slai - yet when the Horde has control over the zone - the designs are not available for purchase.
