I know I asked this before, and I was very kindly provided an answer. But now I can’t for the life of me find the old thread or find the answer in support. So, here’s the issue:
I want to play again, and my sister has gold to give me. But I’m on a free account at the moment and can’t have that much gold at a time. I know in the past you were able to submit a ticket for a like a day to get access to receive gold in the mailbox. But that’s changed recently, and I don’t remember how we able to do so. Was it that she can send money and the money in the mail would count towards activating a month of time? I don’t want her to send anything in case this isn’t right. Thanks in advance!
