How to get D4 customer support if I can't log into forums

I know this is the wrong forum but… as the title says…

I can’t post in the D4 customer support forums because I haven’t pre-purchased yet… and I can’t pre-purchase because I accidentally misclicked the age-verification and now it tells me I’m “not allowed to access this content” and there doesn’t appear to be any way to enter my age again (for the record, I’ve had this Bnet account for almost 20 years lol… I’m definitely old enough to buy Diablo :P)

Can any friendly WOW customer support types maybe move this over to the D4 forum, or does anyone have any info on how I might reset the age verification?

Just for clarification, we do not offer direct support through the forums for any of our games.

We do have Technical Support forums that are monitored by Tech Support Agents who try to provide what advice and troubleshooting they can, but it is not an official contact point for support anymore than this forum is.

If you need direct support you would want to go through the Support Page accessible at the top of this part under your BattleTag listed as Support.

The date of birth question is stored in your browser. Just clear your browser’s cache and the next time you visit the the site it should ask again. :slight_smile:

It was through Bnet so that wasn’t an option but I do now see I can just buy it through the website as well without having to go through Bnet.

You can clear that as well.

  • Quit the Battle.net App
  • Press Windows Key + R
  • Type %LocalAppData% and press enter
  • Open the folder Battle.net > BrowserCache
  • Delete the file Cookies
  • Restart the Battle.net App and try again (it will ask for the birth date now)
