As Horde, leave cave and go south to middle-right-corner of map, you will see blue question mark.

Talk to Female Orc to accept Wolf-taming quest, proceed to tame wolves for 3% over & over.

I was alone doing this and got to 92% before the NPC had enough of me.

Sadly I think the bar is bugged as I couldn’t go past 99% no matter what quest I did afterwards.

I should probably state it takes about 20 seconds for each 3% if you are alone, That is the part that makes this quick–my bad.

There is a limit on how many of them can be turned in total. The more people there is turning them in the faster that cap will be reached.

Yeah, but I had zero people to compete with.

Everyone was at the mines, so this will probably only work until word gets out.

No one reads the Forums though.
