How to delete mail from starter acocunt so I can delete characters?

Hello. Like the title says. I have 2 characters on my starter account WOW1 that I would like deleted. I made a starter account WOW2 so I can become a recruit a friend friendly, and will be playing on WOW2.

I made a ticket for this, but I have no idea when it will be answered, and I would like to jump into the world already

You shouldn’t have to wait for the mail to be cleared on WoW1 in order to start playing on WoW2. Unless you are attempting to use the same name of a character you have there?

If so, I’m afraid you’ll need to wait for your ticket to be addressed. Hopefully it won’t be long.

Yes, I was planning on using the names for WOW2. So I will wait.

I am having the exact same issue.
Played some trial account, got my name (woohoo). Decided I wanted to hop back in to the world, but I put money on my main account and not the trial.

Sent in a support ticket and they auto marked as answered with a couple links that were not helpful.

So reopened the ticket and now I’m waiting too! Here’s hoping

Please don’t necro dead threads as that is a bad thing to do. If you have an issue, please start your own thread. As to respond to your posted issue, you will have to wait for a response on your tickets. The forums are not a mean to bypassing the ticketing system.
