Cancelling every blizzard game i have on my account and want to delete the account too.
Blizzard Support - Delete Battle.net Account
You need to be very aware that is exactly what that does. Deletes your Battlenet and every license on it.
This is also permanent once it processes - and can NOT be reversed at that point.
