A good find.
But but this is stupid, People using this thing should have to add ‘#useclassiclfg’ not the other way around.
Get rid of this thing please!

Yes it is!
Disagree. The people who want to opt out of being invited to groups where the leader is using this add-on are probably far fewer than the number of people who are totally ambivalent to the issue.
…part where you apparently never watched the developers talk about addons?
Yes, yes it is.
Or is it the part where you misinterpreted what was said and are applying it to an add-on that isn’t remotely close to what they were talking about and later clarified to be acceptable?
Did you watch the developers talk about addons today?
Lol this isnt anything like lfg in retail. All it does if read chats for me. I still have to pm for an invite, i have to state my roll, how is this not classic like?Guess im non social if i want to avoid glancing at chat…cuz thats legit all this addon does you rage babies
When did that happen? Where is the source?
The most recent ClassicCast interview.
What you believe and what has been said is two different things.
It’s not like the devs are sitting around in a circle with post-it notes deciding which addons are going in the game. They’re not going to do anything about addons until after launch.
BRB, adding these phrases to the source code of the addon so I can compile it while in queue for Classic.
Row row, fight the powah.
Where do I find that?
CTA seems different that classiclfg. Classiclfg is auto inviting people and classiclfg seems to be trying more to avoid having people interact with each other.
Plus people are different now. People that never played before Wrath wont be use to using chat to find groups and will more apt to trying to find an LFG addon. No one in Vanilla actually used CTA.
Nope, did that. It was very informative!
Let me get this straight, you’re posting for groups, but you want to make it so LESS people see it? Not more people, but LESS people? This is really what you want to do? Perhaps you should think about this for a moment or two…
0/10
True. What they’re doing is deciding what parts of their API will function.
If they didn’t want this add-on to work, they’d remove its functionality, as they did with cast bar add-ons, which is the example they used.
Around the 2 hour mark is when the questions start. I don’t have an exact timestamp.
2 hour 30 min
Starts around one hour and 55 minutes into it.
The addon discussion specifically starts at 2:30:25
It’s such a good interview. Why skip it
