Between this and the 3k plus on the two big reddit threads Im extremely happy with this community for putting its foot down on this garbage addon.
It’s definitely going to get Blizzards attention. I can’t wait for the tourist tears when Blizzard gets a chance to examine it, and explain that they will be taking action to nullify it. Just hold steady until then folks. It’s coming:

How about inviting that guy using the addon to find your group, and befriend him / her and making a new friend on the server instead of being a total d-bag and trying to prevent people from seeing your lfg spam.
How are they trashing him? I watched hours of them talking about the addon while streaming and they never insulted him one time. I would be willing to bet that both BFA and Classic addons are exactly the same because Suu streams making the addon and hes testing the addon in BFA.
Im not sure the ones you think will be crying will be the ones crying.
If the dev really wanted to make it easy, I dont see why he couldnt make that phrase an option…
They aren’t. Esfand even said he considers Suu a nice guy and wasn’t going to create drama like call him out in a stream or live or anything like that, just that he didn’t like the addon behavior, as it’s functions combined together aren’t a good mix.

Anyways no biggie, just a matter of time for our side. So Im back to preparing for launch. 
I just said how they are. The video everyone is passing around shows a “ClassicLFG” addon that has automated features the real version does not. However, it’s running on Retail instead of Classic - you can see the clues in the official WoW interface differences.
So they are making the addon out to be all about automation when it doesn’t do what they are claiming. They are showing off features that aren’t there in order to drum up reactions from people.

Layering had a much bigger negative reception than this addon is getting and guess what, you’re preparing for a launch with layering too.
Im willing to bet taking losses is getting easier these days though, as they keep adding up.
I believe he said that addon was well made but wished that Suu wasnt designing it to be a LFG tool. I believe Esfand went on to say he wished Suu would make a “auto invite raid addon” or a threat meter addon.
Not everyone has swarms of friends they can call on. This addon will be good for getting in contact with others. The uncharismatic should be able to play too.
Even so, that isn’t the only issue. Feel free to watch the dev-talk clip referenced already from 2017(?) explaining that they hold certain addons with great suspicion due to the goal of “authentic experience” and this addon falls into that category.
Not everyone has friends on at all times to do things with. Not everyone can get guild members to do everything they want to do when they want to do it. And when this happens people open up the chat box and talk to other people. Opening up the chat box and talking to other people might put you out of your comfort zone but from one introvert to someone who is also likely an introvert too its good to get out of your comfort zone from time to time.
It doesn’t, actually. There’s the original Vanilla LFG addon, Call To Arms. Having a LFG addon is part of the “authentic experience”.
It does actually.
And if you want an authentic experience with LFG, then use the one built into the game.
You can also tell because the videos depict someone as a Dark Iron Dwarf, a race that was not playable in Classic.
