I’ve had similar experiences with my tickets as of late (including pre-expac). My guess is you got a wowhead link, just like how they like to post their CS info on twitter.

That means that you have 14 days from purchase to request a refund on your sub if you did not use it at all. If you use it, then it is not refundable.
The wording is a bit confusing.

I’m gonna assume this is a troll post since you said that since BfA and SL were terrible, you had no hype for DF, yet you PREORDERED and bought a 12 MONTH SUB anyways.
What is with people saying “You just lost a customer” like anyone actually cares? No one cares about a single person no longer being a customer, and I know Blizzard won’t care either. If people start mass unsubbing in the coming months I couldn’t tell you but this sort of post is baffling every time.

WoW PSA: Paragraph Andy Coming Through. So you say you’re 18 years of age which i am not denying you are but as another person in this thread mentioned that you have 33k achievement points and so i looked and noticed that one of your pvp achievements was earned all the way back from the year 2008 which means that you would have been about 4 years old when you first started playing. I guess what im trying to say is that you have been playing all this time and just now you’re deciding to quit i mean to be honest i find this both quite funny and wierd at the same time. Like why would you buy 12 months of game time and watch twitch streams for the mount if you had lost pretty much all excitement for the game before DragonFlight even came out i honestly just dont get.

Well, there’s your problem. They’re swamped right now with tickets. That was evident even before the launch of Wrath Classic. It became way, way worse after the launch of Wrath. And now, with the drop of this expansion? I’d imagine they’re trying to put fires out everywhere.
I had put in for a change of my last name on my account. The estimated wait time back then (Sept? Oct? whatever) was around twenty-something days. When Wrath dropped, that number went up. It literally shows you the estimated wait time and that you have an open ticket.
What was the estimated wait time that it give you?
