One time boost doesn’t mean one per account… That’s misleading ngl, especially so that it was one per account in TBC.
It wasn’t one per account in TBC. 60 was unlimited.
The 70 boost for the Deluxe Edition in Wrath was once per account. Until the 80 boost, which is uncapped.
