I tried to cancel my subscription and then my card but got error code 500.

You might need to try a different browser and/or clear the browsers cookies and cache.
But ultimately you’d click on cancel to remove the active subscription.

If you continue to have this issue, try to do it on your phone, using a cellular network, or different wifi
This will completely eliminate it possibly being security software or something with your network.
If nothing else works, put in a ticket, probably live chat when they are open. Not quite sure the proper avenue to use, but perhaps problem with purchase?
I know it sounds silly, but if you want to cancel it is either financial or just no longer fun. Trying to find a course of action to help you with the least amount of stress or frustration.
I didn’t see anything specific to problems cancelling a subscritption. Try this link. It’s from the Account path of the support site. Looks like phone call back is available with short wait time.

The “Refund” option asks for a specific purchase you made, so you’d probably be better off with the “Not Listed Here” option.
