Well, someone suggested using the level 10 achievement as an approximation of when you started playing. Is there some other way to do that?

I’ve seen these threads crop up over the years. It’s a fair question considering all the changes. And our very helpful CSFs tend to do their best to assist.

I submitted a ticket and the nice CS rep was able to tell me the date of creation of my first character. I’m sure they’d be quite happy to look yours up as well.

i see that you have been kind enough to look up the dates that various accounts started. i believe mine was in the first week of december of 2004. i was curious if there is a way to see who holds the oldest account in the game.

Please be aware that this thread has been silent since back almost a year ago. Despite what our resident Warlocks may like to say, necroing things - threads especially! - it’s a bad idea.
There are ways to check for yourself with a quick google (I actually recently dug mine up by looking up my first character on warcraftrealms.com if you remember your first character and what server they were on) or if you are truly unable to, it is always wiser to begin a new thread if there isn’t one more recent.

Last week of December of 2004. 
I’m sure there is a way, but we’ve no means of doing so. The oldest account would come down to seconds since there were a lot of accounts created when the game launched and my guess is that there are a lot of folks tied for the “oldest”.
