If we’re generous and say a Stormwind Human was 20 at the start of Vanilla, we’re like 41 now.
That’s assuming you went with a fairly standard not-old face, and honestly WoW characters give off like 30 year old vibes to start out with but like I said, being generous.
Kind of irrelevant for races that don’t age similarly to Humans.

My characters aren’t worried about their age, they’re younger than their player.
When we radio carbon date a Dracthyr, do we count the time in stasis or just the biological years they were actually awake for?
I like to cut them in half and count the rings

I figure they’re as old as I feel like I am which is to say in the 800 year range.
All night elves are at least 10,000 years old because of the cheat tree. Druids slept through a lot of it.
Anyway for funsies I tend to keep Rosenivy around my age in elf years. So he’s in his early 30s atm.
when i first started playing, the time between expacs was 5 years, but they had to change that because after a few expacs your human characters all age out of fighting age, so it became 2 years between expacs and now its whatever, not that this really matters, you can just make up any backstory you want and always could.

My Dwarf Paladin is 200+ years old…the stories he can tell.
My Void Elf is a few thousand.

So the events from Vanilla to TWW are about… 17 years I think? So, let’s say a character is… 25 or so in Vanilla, if they’re still going they’re 42 or so.
RP wise for this lady, it’s hard to place. She started out an undead, then became a human. I’d like to consider the OG died when I moved over which was toward the beginning of DF is I remember correct. The Undead Lendy existed from the middle of MOP to DF, a total of 10 or so years, let’s say she was about 28 years when she died, maybe younger, probably died falling off a cliff, but had a soulstone, but forgot to use it (first time) so that’d make her 38 when her story ended. and 39 if it continued.
Yep and people call his character a whiner and crybaby.
Also, he’s changed classes too. He was a priest for awhile there, in MoP.
Now he’s a paladin. Sort of.
I think he’s going to change classes again. Probably warrior is next.
Um, no? There are plenty of young elves running around like Lysander. He was born after the Battle of Mount Hyjal.
