How often do you report or ignore someone?

Not often. Usually I only do it when someone is being a pain in General or Trade. Talking politics is the usual reason.

Spamming may end up on my ignore, but itā€™s rare. For report someone needs to pretend they are Blizzard or go crazy. The last instance of that was a few years back with some guy in a bg wishing deadly illnesses on the family members of another player. I thought that was a bit over the top and figured a slap on the wrist might be of help.

Otherwise Iā€™m too lazy and unbothered.

Admittedly not that often but usually because people will instead say they hate certain races or some other way of being bigoted without outright saying slurs. Which I still think is bad and if you went to a public space and said you hate a certain race or something, people would shame you and maybe even kick you out just the same as if you said a slur.

I donā€™t think people are overreacting at all by reporting people if you think ā€œwhat if someone said this outloud in a public space?ā€

Once a month, maybe once a week if Iā€™m doing rated stuff.

For sure. I think weā€™d have far less toxicity if more people reported the kind of stuff thatā€™s said in dungeon groups.

Funny, I have an alt that I casually play on MG. I hardly see racial slurs in /2. Nice try though.

Almost never since Iā€™m not a soy lord.

Only time Iā€™ll report someone is if theyā€™re telling someone to delete themselves or being outright racist with no joke undertones.

Thatā€™s it. Those are my only lines

Iā€™m not sure I believe you.

Which implies you do see them. They definitely do pop up now and then. I will say though thatā€™s not the only thing I report for. Most of the time itā€™s someone trying to incite political debate in trade. And yes, that is a legitimate reason to report.
