How many people will only be playing Classic?

Seeing some of the threads pop up in the Classic forums, I’m wondering how many of you will only be playing Classic?

I think if a majority of people don’t want Retail at all, then maybe there should be a lower sub for Classic only?

To be clear I’ll pay whatever to play Classic, and I could care less if it is bundled with Retail, but there is a strong sentiment in here that most people that are going to play Classic want nothing to do with Retail. I personally only plan to play Classic!

These are all questions that are worthy of discussion. I will update these totals as we go.

They have already said 1 sub gets you both. Play just one if you want but the sub is the same.

I have no intention of playing the modern version and am not subscribed currently. I haven’t even bought BFA. I will sub for Classic only.

I have yet to play BfA, quit halfway through Legion.

However, since I’ll be able to play my chars in both games when I sub, I think I will.

I think the combined sub for all of WoW is a great idea, and a cheaper sub for just one or the other (you can’t have a cheap sub for Classic w/o a cheap sub for retail option), is not needed, nor would it be a good idea.

Pay it or don’t play it. :slight_smile:

I will ping back and forth. Hit classic hard for a while then go back and play a month or so of each major patch in retail to get the storyline and catchup gear.

Classic only. I’ve tried retail a few times post WotLK…blah.

Considering I’m not playing anything right now it looks like it will be the case. I got so bored of BfA already, the time gates where so bad they only allow you to play for 40 minutes a day after the level cap, I just want to go back to classic wow and do whatever I want anytime I want.

I’ll pay for the sub because of Classic but I’ll probably play a little BFA from time to time.

I dont want to farm azerite power because it is anti-fun and indefensible. So i will only play classic.

Except in vanilla, you farmed if you want to. now you have to in order to even use gear.

Classic only here.

Aside from some fun in Legion, I haven’t really enjoyed retail since WotLK. Jumping on a pserver to see if maybe I was just being a nostalgic idiot sealed the deal. I just hope it’s all it should be.
