I’ve been doing the minor inscription daily pretty much since it became available and just the other day seemed to have learned all minor inscriptions (no further gains by doing the daily). I’m still doing the northern inscription research.
How many days, without books of glyph mastery would it take to learn them all? Seems like there’s roughly ~25 per class with ~6 being minor, so 19 total per class but some of those you get from a trainer or learn during the leveling process so lets say there are a total of 15 per class left over. 10 classes ~150 days total to learn them all?
im not sure having not done it but heard some guildies saying they thought it was random whether you learn something or not. early on they were getting new stuff every day now saying they arent getting stuff as often. almost like if they already know something and the random factor says they learned it again, the game just doesnt give them anything.
but take that as second hand info as its just guildies talking, no personal experience with it.
Every time I have used research, I have learned something. I tried twice more with the minor and haven’t learned anything but it makes sense since there’s only 60 total (I think). It seems I’ve learned them all. Northrend research gives me a new one every day still
I think there are glyphs that can only be done by research and glyphs that can only be done by the books of glyph mastery. I believe there are 57 major glyphs from books.
