My understanding is it was lifted to 65 per account for the Mist of Pandaria event, but it may still be 60 per server.
In retail, it should still be 50 per account, 10? per server for classic.

It is 65 per license for Retail. All 65 can in fact be on the same server.
I had tested this with a brand new Battle Net account on 24 AUG 2024.

Does that include Classic? Been wondering if I need to clear those out too, since I’m up to 59 in retail.
No, the Classic limit (50) is separate from retail’s limit of 65.
