My prediction is until Sept. 26th, because why would you want to level your toons all over again when you have an alt that is ready to go for wrath? I bet just like SoM they will fail and shortly.
Most people playing fresh will be 70 by the time wrath drops anyway, so doesn’t matter.
What’s gonna kill fresh is when the bots roll there and find ways to make a lot of gold so they can just go back to RMTing, and soon enough fresh servers will be just like the existing servers.
You are aware there are players that haven’t played Classic up until now, right? I skipped the entire TBC expansion up until now myself. I don’t even know what server this particular toon is on right now. I personally have zero reason to play elsewhere.
Why are folks so concerned over fresh servers and who plays on them? It’s just weird.

i can see them 4 months in before a their second drop
first drop being actual launch date
When they allow transfers and or boosts it’s game over.

There’s no specific timeline for that. In fact, they haven’t said for sure that they will ever allow transfers.
